Telling the beautiful story of the Church,

by telling the beautiful story of its people.

Josh Bright —

Nice to meet you and thank you for taking the time to go through this page! It’s a brief introduction of the last 10 years of working in full time ministry, both on and off the stage.

From leading worship to capturing stories that need to be told, I have loved every aspect of the Creative Arts ministries that I’ve been a part of. Hopefully this gives a little glance into that world.

This page exists so that hopefully there’s a chance that I get to work with you and your church, and help create something that your congregation needs.

Video Projects

Harbor Point Vision Video

The goal of this video was to tell the people who were coming to church for Easter just what “Harbor Point” was all about. Blending in the surrounding areas of Southern California along with footage and photos of church events and people, this project hit just that. I was also tasked with creating the intro lyrics video for the first song, “Glorious Day”. The rose dying was how Good Friday service ended, so I needed to create the rose, which represented Jesus, coming back to life.

One of the most fun parts of this project was creating the script. Encapsulating the essence of the church without it being “too much.” Having extensive knowledge of music/recording equipments, I also was the one who recorded the voiceovers. Bringing in each individual, recording them saying the script , to then splicing the best takes together. My voice ended up being some of the voices that you hear!

Shauna’s Story

I had to dig deep into the archives for this one! In all honesty, this was a screen record that I did on my and just did some slight editing to it… Why do some of the clips seem out of sync? Beats me! Must’ve happened while I was screen recording… Anyway!

Shauna’s story is a special one because for so long, no knew that she was battling cancer

HP Summer Website Loop

“I want you to make something for the home landing page of the website that’s inviting and makes people feel like they’re experiencing what a weekend feels like.”

And so I did! Although this was a simple project, it went through 5 different variants before landing on this final one. As you watch, there’s no music obviously, but put yourself in the shoes of someone that’s wanting to check out what this church is like on a weekend.

Is this a church that you’d want to check out as a first time guest now?
